The Mom On m My Street Who Had a Tumor Part 2

Now that you have read her side of the story you can see that this was very serious to her and her family. But now I will continue her story.
As she said in her journal she looked and looked for different ways to get rid of it other than to have to perform surgery. But it was too large. 3.5 cm. is a big tumor after all. So the only other way was to perform surgery. They told her that she should probably take care of it right away but she didn’t want to. She wanted to spend one last Christmas with her family because she wanted to go through that happy jolly time of year before she got surgery.
So she went through the following few months and it went fairly unnoticed. But it wasn’t completely unnoticed. There were times when she could tell something was wrong. There were times when she got dizzy out of nowhere. And others where she bent down and got huge migraines. But this didn’t happen very often. The months were actually very happy months. It might sound crazy but its true. She was being well cared for. There were all of the gifts for one thing. They were pouring in like it was Christmas, your birthday, and mothers day combined. She was getting therapy for the pain and dizziness. She also received numerous dinners with friends and family came to visit. So she was very emotional at this time. She was happy that everyone was so concerned, worried that something might go wrong with the surgery, and probably scared for her children. But the months went by smoothly and before she knew it it was only two weeks before her surgery.

Wow. Thats really sad! Is this a true story or did you make it up? It flows pretty well and doesn’t leave me with TOO many questions. I do have to wonder though, when you say ‘months’ how long do you mean? If someone needed surgery would they really put it off that long?
